Our Services Case 1: The Decedent left a will and the whereabouts of the named beneficiaries are unknown. Case 2: The Decedent died intestate and the closest next-of-kin is unknown or cannot be located. Often these cases involve several generations and numerous family members. We document complete family histories in order to prove rightful entitlement and assist the courts in distributing the inheritance. Our Fees We are paid only if we are successful in identifying and locating any heirs and our fee can be paid by the Estate or by the Beneficiaries. We provide all documentation necessary to prove rightful entitlement, and all costs involved in doing so are paid in advance by our firm.
